New Ideas for the Green Smoothie Lover
Green smoothie drinkers grab hold of each day, in all it’s wholesome goodness. They want to fill up on all that life has to offer, and they love the texture and complexity that awaits them each moment. Green smoothie lovers take the longer road to anything, if it’s more enjoyable and rich with delicious offerings. Their credo is carpe diem.
Smoothie drinkers love the mellow boost they get each day from their blended greens, and their ready smile is infectious. They’re eager to help, open to friendship, and believe that life is meant to be energetic, fun, and full of joie de vivre.
They tend to dress casually but smart, and they love nothing more than the wind blowing through their lustrous locks, as they walk to work in their New Balance kicks. This gal, or guy, will be your advocate, and lend an understanding ear when you need it.

This morning I ate a smoothie! Obvs. .
Lately, my smoothies have been a combination of hemp/almond milk (homemade thankyouverymuch) an obscene amount if spinach, frozen berries, a big chunk of ginger, lemony fish oil, maca, and either coconut flakes or cacao nibs. That ginger really keep the smoothie “warm”. Perfect for the winter.
I’ll try your formula this morning, as I’m typing still cuddled in bed. Looking forward. Thanks, Holli for the ideas.

This morning I ate A luscious green smoothie.
In this glass of lusciousness I put: unsweetened vanilla almond milk, pineapple, lots o kale, romaine lettuce, hemp powder and chia seeds. Yummy!
