Coco-Berry Smoothie
I made this for breakfast this morning to use up some berries I had leftover from my foodie photo shoot last week. If you’re avoiding sugars, take out the banana and date and add in some stevia and a quarter of an avocado, the coconut flavors and the berries are sweet enough. The chia adds a creamy texture too.
This smoothie is high in antioxidants, healthy fats to satisfy your hunger, and quality protein to keep your energy strong throughout the morning.

1 scoop protein powder (I like organic hemp protein)
1/2 cup organic blueberries
1 tablespoons coconut butter
1 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 banana, frozen if possible
1 Medjool date
Coconut water (about 10 ounces)
