I am so excited and happy to share my web baby with you.
But first, you must meet the talented people who brought this to life. I am eternally grateful for each of them:
Jennifer Elsner of Viewers Like You is the creative genius behind this site; the design, brand, style, and point of view are all thanks to Jen’s Design Concierge.
Jennifer got inside my head, to my deepest desires and what I wanted to share with you. And she made it happen in a way that feels true to me.
So many of my friends and business pals have asked how I could possibly release control without any sneak peeks. My response is that while I have a strong aesthetic point of view, I believe in leaving excellence to the experts of their particular field.
The new site feels like a couture dress that’s had multiple fittings. My first response was one of awe and wonder. Not a scream, but more like a “Well hello you, where have you been all my life?” reaction.
I love her. She’s a savant. I’m never letting her go.
Chelsea Fullerton of Go Forth Creative shot 99% of the food photos you’ll see on my site. She is a talent in so many ways. Chelsea and Jen lived with me for days, like family.
Christa Meola of Christa Meola Pictures shot the photos of me in her studio in NYC. She’s a sought after boudoir photographer who does beautiful work, and I was the first woman who ever asked for a screen to change behind. And yes, the clothes stayed on.
Janice Formichella is my tireless, talented assistant who has learned to read minds. And she’s a lovely person. Thank you, so much, Janice for your support.
I’d also like to say thank you to the Home Farm Store in Middleburg, VA, Over the Grass Farm in The Plains, VA, and the Natural Marketplace in Warrenton, VA for their help in sourcing foods, and products for the photo shoot. Home Farm is an incredible certified organic butcher shop that sells local, 100% organic vegetables year round. Over the Grass Farm grows and sells fresh organic produce, meats and eggs year round, and their pastoral setting and classic charm are not to be missed. And down the road from them, The Natural Marketplace can be found. Truly, the best health food store ever.

NEED MORE HOLLI? Working with clients 1-on-1 is my heart and soul. I revamped how I work with clients—with your wishes, needs, and healthy desires in mind. Each session comes complete with a Nutritional Style Starter Box that allows you to begin your journey, with the necessary tools, right away.
