Your Nutritional Style Starter Kit
Ever wondered what a health coach or nutritionist would recommend just for YOU?
I’ve been offering one-on-one nutrition coaching for years, but recently I changed it up. I doubled the time, and added something we call the Nutritional Style Starter Kit.
This new way of working allows me to take my time, and go deeper. We relax, and at the end of the day, it’s all about you.
Then comes the real fun. I go shopping.
I fill your personal Starter Kit with goodies based on our session together. I package it up and mail it out.
How fun is that?
Here’s a sneak peek inside a recent kit I sent out.
1) Chia Seeds: My client was experiencing low grade inflammation, so I included chia for its anti-inflammatory properties, and to give her an energy boost. She’s a powerful, hard working attorney, who needs it to spare.
2) Organic Bars: Not all energy bars are created equal, so in addition to giving her the names of several that I recommend, I included these in her Starter Kit. The scrumptious one is from Kit’s Organics.
3) DoTERRA essential oils: are my favorite brand, and I gave her Tree Tea Oil, which is anti-fungal and anti-bacterial, because she’s suffering rashes. Mixed with coconut oil, this is a good topical ointment that I’m betting will help.
4) ZUM lavender and rosemary soap: This smells divine and it’s my way of reinforcing to my client that our skin is our largest organ. I want her to use organic and healthy skin care products and this lavender scent will help her to relax.
5) Hemp Seeds: are for her morning smoothies and to sprinkle on salads. These are an excellent protein source, readily digestible and perfect for her Nutritional Style.
6) Vega One protein powder: This protein powder is one of my favorites, and really tastes great. It’s also loaded with goodness.
7) CALM by Peter Gillam: I want her to try this relaxing magnesium drink in the evening to help her wind down; it’s also helpful for occasional constipation.
There’s plenty more, (books, tea, spices) but you get the picture.
