Guest Blogger: Michelle Robson’s Baked Tortilla Chips
Michelle Robson is the founder of EmpowHER. a website that provides women access to health and medical information that they need. We were introduced by a mutual friend who thought we had a lot in common; that’s a compliment to me, for sure. Michelle has become a friend and an inspiration. You’ll want to check EmpowHER out. See below for more details.
I asked Michelle for an easy recipe to share with you this week, as part of my book launch. She took me at my word, and shared this simple way of making a healthy snack that suits her Nutritional Style®. They’re gluten-free, too.
Ingredients
1 package brown rice tortillas (Michelle and I recommend Food for Life brand)
Olive oil
Sea salt
Preparation
1. Cut tortillas into triangles, about the size of a tortilla chip.
2. Lay triangles out on a baking sheet, and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Sprinkle with sea salt.
4. Bake at 350º F for about 8-10 minutes.
I love Michelle’s Baked Chips with my zucchini hummus, or this fabulous guacamole recipe.
