Yes, alcohol can be problematic for your health. Sugar. Inflammation.

But sometimes, you want to indulge. I get it.
And sometimes, it’s good to treat yourself. Just not everyday, right?

A healthy lifestyle, at least in my book, means you DO indulge. Here and there.
And like anything else, it’s important to pay attention to the ingredients.
Organic, if possible.
Premium. Pure. Filtered.

So, go for it, if you want.
But make it healthy. Sub fresh juice for the processed stuff loaded with sugar.
Just like everything else, the details are what matters.

Ingredients:
Himalayan sea salt
2 ounces silver, or premium tequila
1½ ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
1 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
1 teaspoon coconut nectar
1 lime wedge for garnish

Preparation:
Add all ingredients to blender or shaker and blend. Rub rim of glass with lime wedge and dip into sea salt to rim the glass. Pour liquid into the glass.
