Camu Kickstart Smoothie
I recently rediscovered camu camu after searching for a powerful food-based Vitamin C source.
The stats are impressive; ½ teaspoon provides 400% of the daily recommended amount of Vitamin C and provides 30-50 times more of this vital nutrient than found in oranges or other citrus sources.

Camu Kickstart
Ingredients
1 packet Cleanse shake powder
1 cup coconut water
1/2 peeled orange (or use the whole orange depending on size and taste preference)
1-2 cups tightly packed spinach (or leafy greens of choice)
½ cup frozen or fresh pineapple
1 tablespoon of camu camu powder
Blend until smooth and creamy
