Bitter-tasting greens no more!

 

Here are my five easy steps to tasty greens..

1) Get Started

Add 6 cups water, 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice, 6 cloves garlic, (or 2 tbsp minced) , 1 tablespoon celtic sea salt, and 1/2 cup olive oil to braising pan on high

2) Add greens

Bring to light boil and cover

3) Cook until tender

Greens will wilt and change color slightly- cook for 5-30 minutes depending on variety of greens.

4) Transfer to serving dish

5) Enjoy!

Season to taste , top lightly with shredded parmesan if desired.
