My friend, Michelle Martello, is genius at website design and all things techie. She’s teaching at a major university currently, while running her successful business at www.minimadesigns.com and doing more yoga than should be allowed. She’s also earned the nickname, “Smartello” among our group of friends.
Here’s Michelle’s Pumpkin Pie Smoothie, perfect for fall and keeping your chaturanga strong.
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cups homemade almond milk
1 scoop plant protein powder
1/2 cup cooked pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon maca powder
1 teaspoon Vietnamese Cinnamon
2 packets stevia
1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon clove
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
1. Blend almond milk, protein powder, pumpkin, maca, cinnamon and Stevia in your blender
2. Add water as needed to thin shake to desired consistency
3. Serve sprinkled with clove and pumpkin pie spice
