Pineapple Afternoon Smoothie

I discovered this one day at Rancho La Puerta Spa in Mexico, when they mixed this up as a light afternoon energy boost.
Simple, easy, and elegant as can be.

Ingredients
1 cup fresh pineapple
20 ounces organic coconut milk
1 tbsp raw local honey (Rancho uses local agave)

Preparation
Blend with ice and savor.
