“Girls Gone Healthy” Cauliflower Hummus
I hosted a “Girls Gone Healthy” event at a friends home a couple months ago, and it was so much fun. What a smart, savvy and attractive group of women, thank you!
Here’s a copy of one of the recipes I shared…
1. Boil cauliflower in water for 15 min or until soft
2. Drain and add with the rest of ingredients to food processor
3. Puree until smooth
4. Served chilled with sliced veggies or a healthy cracker of your choice
