Pineapple-Cucumber Gazpacho

 
This gazpacho is detoxifying and delicious. Pineapple is high in Vitamin C, essential to our immunity, and bromelaine, a group of enzymes known to reduce swelling and healing time after surgeries, and reduce inflammation.

This is one of my most popular recipes, and it’s super easy to make.

Preparation
1. Grind almonds.

2. Add all ingredients to high speed blender and blend.

3. Garnish with cilantro, and drizzle with avocado oil to serve.
