Pomegranate Banana Smoothie

 
If you are like me, you love pomegranates, but don’t like the mess and the trouble of digging those seeds out. I always avoided using them, until the healthy market near my home starting selling them fresh. Call me lazy, but that made the difference for me, and this gorgeous pink smoothie.

Pomegranates are a superfood; high in vitamin C, and antioxidants.

Preparation:
1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender.
