Strawberry Sorbet

Nothing tastes better than fresh, organic strawberries off the vine. I have a planter of wild strawberries on my back porch and during the summer we grab them as we come in the kitchen door. Heaven.

Here’s a simple, refreshing homemade sorbet you can blend up in no time.

1. Put all ingredients into a blender or Vita-Mix.

2. Blend until creamy, about one minute. You may have to scrape down the
sides of the machine a few times if using a regular blender.

3. Serve immediately.

4. Place remainder in the freezer to enjoy later.
