“What is it?” Chocolate Pudding

 
I served my “guys” this creamy chocolate dessert recently after supper and they gobbled it up.  It was really good.

I asked them as they were spooning it in, “Want to know what’s in it?”  They both said in unison “NO,” knowing that a Health Coach and healthy cook prepared it, they might be happier not knowing.

They were probably right.

Here is the recipe, let me know what you think.

Just throw all the ingredients together and blend. Enjoy!

**A note about tofu: since it is processed soy, I recommend using tofu occasionally, and not as an everyday protein source.  Always use organic tofu, as soybeans are a genetically modified crop.
