Tea for Beauty
In addition to being a soothing morning ritual, high-quality tea also has health benefits. Tea can boost metabolism, aid in proper digestion, help to prevent cancer, and improve your immunity. It can also had sparkle and shine to your skin.
One of my favorite ways to enjoy the benefits of tea is to add it to my morning smoothie. I was recently asked by Charlotte’s Book to share one of my favorite tea-inspired recipes with their community. I shared my personal recipe for The LØV is Beautiful Tea Smoothie.
Try it this week, and the variation below works too.
We added pineapple and coconut to this aromatic tea blend; the result was heavenly.
The LØV is Beautiful Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients
(please use only organic ingredients)
1 cup of brewed LØV Is Beautiful wellness tea
1 cup of non-dairy coconut milk
1/2 avocado
3/4 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
2 tablespoons raw cashews
1 tablespoon raw coconut flakes
handful of baby kale leaves
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and use the high or “smoothie” setting. Drink immediately, and feel fantastic for the rest of the day.
