Yogurt and Cereal Parfait

 
This is a fun treat for Sunday breakfast, or any day when my son (or my husband) needs a little treat.

Ingredients

Your favorite organic cereal or granola
Your choice of yogurt ( we use coconut yogurt)
1/2 cup berries
1/2 banana
dash of cinnamon

Preparation

To combine ingredients: Using a clear glass (I used a goblet in the photo) layer ingredients in approximately 1/2 inch layers, beginning with cereal, enough to cover the bottom of the glass, add a layer of yogurt, following by berries and or banana, then add more cereal and repeat the process until you reach the desired amount. You can get creative and use whatever fruits you choose.

Top with slivers of banana and a few dashes of cinnamon.
